ROC Youth Leadership Program Application Form
Our Youth Leadership Program is open to students who have completed grade 7, 8 or 9 in the 2016/17 school year. Space is limited for this program; we will be accepting up to 15 youth leaders for this summer.
Our youth leaders will be scheduled on a monthly basis, pending availability, for approximately 16 -24 hours per month.
All applications will be reviewed and interviews will be conducted on June 20th, 22nd and 23rd 2017. All successful applicants will be required to attend a mandatory training session on Friday, July 7th, 2017.
Please complete the below application form and submit to Gillian Morrissey, Summer Program Coordinator, by Tuesday, June 18th 2017 at 10:00pm
