The Prospect Road Community Centre seeks to serve the needs of the community. This includes providing space for the community to rent/book to support the great initiatives that are happening, and to celebrate occasions.
Please fill out this form to request a rental/booking at the Prospect Road Community Centre. Rentals/booking requests must be made at least seven days in advance. If you are inquiring about a possible rental/booking within the next seven days, please contact Jessica McCarron – Manager of Operations and Programs – jessica@prospectcommunities.com
Please note, there will be limited availability for last minute rental/booking requests (in the next seven days).
Requests for times/days that fall into the next PRCC seasonal program (currently summer season starting July 1st) that are for multiple days/times (such as ongoing sports) will not be accepted until seasonal programs are planned. We save priority to PRCC planned programs first. SUMMER SEASON PROGRAMS WILL BE AVAILABLE MID-MAY. WE ARE WORKING TOWARDS PLANNING UPCOMING SEASONAL PROGRAMS TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE. Single rental/booking requests such as birthday parties, weddings, events, or meeting space may be booked in advance of future seasonal program opening.
Requests will be responded to between Monday to Fridays during working hours (9:00am – 5:00pm).

*All room capacities are based on tables/chairs being provided for each guest. Capacities may increase based on the set up of the space.
** Special arrangements required to reach full capacity in gymnasium with tables and/or chairs. Rentals of gymnasium for active play includes access to nets & equipment upon request. Please specify your needs when booking.
*** Kitchen rental is available with a valid Food Safety Training Certificate. (Click Here for More Info) Use of kitchen includes access to counter space, fridge, ovens, dishwasher. Rental does not include equipment (pots, pans, utensils, etc).
All rentals include the use of tables & chairs. The PRCC provides access to 6-foot rectangle tables or 6-foot (diameter) round tables. Rectangle tables can seat 4-6 people and round tables can seat 8-10 people.
Please consider set up and clean up time within your requested time slot for rental. All time needed for your event must be included.
