Winter Trial Fitness Classes at the PRCC

$4 Drop-in Fitness Classes

Note that due to the number of spin bikes on site, registration is required for spin classes.  Please call (902)852-2711 to register.

Strength & Length – 9:30-10:15am
Yoga – 10:15-11am

Saturday, January 12th:

Spin – 8-8:45am
Saturday AM Circuit – 9-9:45am

Tuesday, January 15th:

Kettlebell Circuit – 5:30-6:15pm
Spin – 6:30-7pm

Wednesday, January 16th:

Yoga for Strength – 9:30-10:30am

Supported Yin Yoga – 10:30-11:30am

Thursday, January 17th:

Total Body Circuit – 5:30-6:15pm

Spin – 6:30-7pm
