Athletic Yoga

By adding 3 or 5 pounds weights, sliders and bands, to specific sections and poses during the class, you will be able to take your yoga practice to the next level.

This class is perfect for participants who are looking for a new challenge in their yoga class, and for those who would like to add more muscle tone to their bodies. This is a heart pumping, fat burning class that will burn LOTS of calories!

Combining both strength and flexibility training, this class is truly a complete workout for your body mind and soul.

Room: Dance Studio
Equipment Required: Comfortable clothing, water bottle & yoga mat, if desired. Mats are available to borrow, however, quantities are limited.
