Cardio Strengthening

Get ready to party during this unique, aerobic workout that will combine cardio with a head-
to-toe straightening routine!

You will find a combination of moves incorporated from traditional aerobics, kickboxing, upper/lower strengthening and flexibility training all in just 1- hour. The moves are easy to follow, yet challenging. Great for all fitness levels!

Room: Dance Studio
Equipment Required: Comfortable clothing, water bottle & yoga mat, if desired. Mats are available to borrow, however, quantities are limited.
