Instructor Laurel Schut will lead you through a 60-minute restorative yoga practice followed by a 30 minute guided deep relaxation.
Open to all fitness levels; no yoga experience necessary.
If you’ve never practiced Yoga Nidra before, it’s a good idea to bring a warm sweater, socks, eye pillow & a small blanket with you to keep you warm & cozy.
