Release tension and stress by learning the yoga practice for ultimate relaxation. Instructor Laurel Schut will lead you through a 60 minute restorative yoga practice followed by a 30 minute guided deep relaxation. Open to all fitness levels; no yoga experience necessary. If you’ve never practiced Yoga Nidra before, it’s a good idea to bring a warm sweater, socks, eye pillow, and small blanket with you to keep warm and cozy.
